How many 61 year old grandfathers do you

Shakira is pregnant with her first child.
The 35-year-old pop superstar posted on her
website that she and 25-year-old footballer
boyfriend Gerard Pique "are very happy awaiting
the arrival of our first baby".
The Grammy-winning Colombian singer is
postponing promotional activities and will not
perform at Friday's iHeartRadio Music festival in
Las Vegas.
Shakira said in a 2009 interview that she was ready
to reproduce, explaining: "I really would like to have
a big belly."
She was in a relationship with Antonio de La Rua,
the son of former Argentinian President Fernando
de la Rua, for more than a decade. They split in
2011.

According to the Associated Press, a person in
the music industry with knowledge of the deal
between the producers of American Idol and
Nicki Minaj revealed to them on Sunday that
Minaj is getting $12 million for a one-year deal
on the hit Fox singing series. The person spoke
on condition of anonymity because they were
not authorized to publicly discuss the deal.
A representative for Urban wouldn't disclose
the singer's compensation for "Idol." Now,
that's relatively small compared to Nick
Cannon's wife, Mariah Carey who is reportedly
going to earn close to $18million for a one-year
contract with a renewal option.

18, 1975 in Jos, Plateau State. He started

as one of the Nigerian artists who laid the
foundation for the growth witnessed in the
country's music industry today. Tuface Idibia
has an NGO(2Face Idibia Reach-Out
Foundation) through which he gives back to the
society.
Tuface has served, and is still serving as
ambassador for many brands. He is the first
non-Liberian to become an honorary member of
the Liberian music society in recognition for his
outstanding contribution to the growth of music
in Africa.

There was speculation sometime last week that
Rap sensation, Nicki Minaj had endorsed
Republican candidate, Mitt Romney for
president of the United States. The speculation
came about as a result of Nicki Minaj's verse on
Lil Wayne's new mixtape Dedication 4, where
she raps about casting her ballot for Romney,
stating: "I'm a Republican voting for Mitt
Romney, you lazy b*****s are f*****g up the
economy."
When President Barack Obama’s response was
sought on Nicki Minaj’s rap verse he said:
“I’m not sure that is actually what happened. I
think she had a song on there, a little rap that

At 8:30 Thursday night during MTV's Video Music
Awards, rapper Nicki Minaj will appear in a
commercial for Pepsi. At exactly the same time,
anyone looking at MTV's website or an MTV mobile
application will see interactive ads for the soda
maker.
PepsiCo Inc.'s simultaneous commercial blanket is
the result of a new type of multi-platform ad service.

Waje Releases Two Singles

Soul sensation, Waje has released two new songs,
‘Oko Mi’ and ‘I wish’ off her upcoming album, the
self titled WAJE [Words Aren’t Just Enough].
The songs which were officially released as a
birthday gift to herself, spent the whole of Sunday
as one of the trending topics on social networks,
Twitter and Facebook.
The songs Written by Waje and Del B were
produced by Del B and Papy J respectively.
“Oko Mi is the song every girl, every woman wants
to sing to the man she is in love with,” Waje
explains.
For ‘I wish’, the singer digs deep into her darker
side with deeply emotional lyrics fused with a slow
tempo ragga beat.

Wande Coal's 'Go Low' Video Banned

Wande Coal‘s latest music video, ‘Go low’ has
been given the sledge hammer treatment as it
received a ban from the National
Broadcasting Commission, barely two weeks
after it was premiered.
We’re told the NBC has released a list of videos
which included the MAVIN Records’ video which
was directed and shot by Mr Moe Musa in the
UK.
The NTBB (not to be broadcast) ban however
only restricts the video from being played on
‘Free-to-air’ TV stations. What this means is that
viewers of cable TV stations can still watch
the video as the ban doesn’t affect them from
playing it.
